After a disastrous start to making my plum jam wedding favours (100 melted lids, oops) I contacted Kelly to see if she could help with replacements. Not only did Kelly email me back promptly, she went out of her way to make sure I ordered exactly the right thing. Payment was quick and easy and the lids arrived less than 24 hours after I placed my order. My jam looks fantastic!
